Too much yarn??

Is there such a thing as too much yarn, or too many knitting books? I think not! But I have made a promise to myself to clean the craft room. I can't find my favorite baby pattern. Not sure which plastic bin it's in. Or is it in the cabinet or it could be in the file cabinet. Gee, I guess it's really time to clean the room.. Maybe Saturday, or maybe not. In any case, I'll try to remember to take before and after photos.

This is my grandaughter, Danielle. Isn't she a doll.

Keep on knitting.

There's been a whole lot of knitting going on!

This past week I've finished 3 projects.

Remember my Left Over Yarn Sweater? Well, it's finished and it's still too small for me, but it should fit my granddaughter, Meghan. I'll send it off as soon as I have something for her brother, Davey. No way I'd send just one grandkid a gift... oh, that means I owe Missy's kids too.

Sounds like a shopping trip to me. This one really turned out nice. So nice, I've already started knitting one for me (right size this time).

Second project finished is the pink baby sweater. This is the sweater that I found a mistake in the back when I checked the photo. It's in a size one. This is one of my design on the fly knits and I am very proud of it.

The last project is a shawl/cape that I knitted for my friend Cathy S's mother. I sure hope she likes it. It knitted up really quick and didn't take as much yarn as I expected. Another of my designs.

Tomorrow's another knit class. I'll try to take photos to share.

Danielle and Missy just returned to Florida from DC (School Trip). Of course, Missy didn't want to get grounded by Aurora, so she put photos on line for me.
Although it was freezing, they seem to have had a very good time.Missy seems to be trying to look like one of the paintings.

Trina, also put a few photos on Flickr so she's not grounded either. I just love Flickr and the internet.

Meghan is a coach on the little girls basketball team. She's growing up too fast.

San Antonio is expecting bad weather today. High winds, rain and hail. Of course My little Miata will be safe in the garage. But Tom wanted to put the BMW in the garage so we had to share. Now remember the garage took some cleaning just to get room for the Miata. Last night (15 minutes till we were to leave to go out to dinner with friends), Tom wants to put the BMW in the garage.

We did it, but I’m not sure how we got out of the cars. It was a very tight squeeze. If I was any bigger, I could not have gotten out of the miata without putting the top down. Tom had to hold his breath in while I held the door of the BMW so it didn’t hit anything. We got them in but who knows if we’ll get them out.

I’ve been playing with photoshop. Here’s my favorite shot.
