Ok now back to knitting

So has anyone really missed my knitting updates? I thought not, but here's another one anyway.
This s a small baby blanket (or carrage cover). I used left over double knitting yarn (mostly Snuggly) but you can use any weight yarn, just adjust the needle size. I used size 5 US (straight) with the DK yarn.

Here's the pattern:
This is knitted in garter stitch.

Cast on 4

Knit across

This begins the increase rows.

Row 1: Knit one (K1), Yarn over needle (YO), Knit across then turn

Repeat Row 1 until you have 40 stitches.

Now you'll begin the decrease rows.

Row 1: Knit two together, Yarn over needle, Knit two together, Knit across.

Repeat decrease row until you have 4 stitches remaining.
Cast off.
From a bunch of blocks, to a finished blanket. Who knew that I'd get my groove back.

You can sew or crochet the blocks together. I crocheted them together.
