What is this mess?

I have been knitting. This lump of knitting is a vest. It still needs to be washed and blocked.

I have a problem!

I can’t figure out a way to:
Knit on Empire Swing Cardigan (started yesterday)
Knit on Christmas stockings (need 10 only finished 3)
Watch the History Channel (from Ireland)
Work on photos in Photoshop Editor (downloading first would help)
Listen to Itouch bookFix lunch
Do laundry (ok so the washer and dryer do the work, but I have to load, unload and fold)
Why can’t I multi task?
