Monday we took the BMW to Dallas to start it's trip to Germany. On the way, I got a speeding ticket. First ticket I've ever gotten. 40 years of driving and I got my first ticket 5 minutes from home. UGH. Darn Schertz cop. I tried to pay the ticket on Tuesday, the cop hadn't put the ticket into the computer. I called on Wednesday and Thursday, still not in the computer. Today it finely showed up so I could pay it.
We start out "pack" out next week. Thursday they take the express shipment, Friday the storage stuff is picked up. Then on 26 and 27 Jan, the rest of our stuff is packed up and shipped to Germany.
The house is still on the market. The real estate agent will have to earn her money. She's going to have to take care of the house. We are are having the pool taken care of and someone will cut the grass while it's on the market. With the current housing situation, it might be awhile before the house sells. I hope not.
