I know... I know

I know I’ve been delinquent in my “blogging” and I don’t have an excuse. I’ve been working and knitting and sleeping. The days just seem to go by before I know it. When I’m not at work, I’m knitting or on the internet. You got to love Yahoo IM and the video. Missy and kids get on almost daily. She calls me about 5pm here so it’s morning in Florida. I get to watch the kids and Jack and Aurora will talk and show me what they’ve been doing. The oldest “D” doesn’t talk much; guess being almost 13 means you don’t have to talk with your grandparents. She’s so sweet and such a beautiful smile, just going through that “teen” stuff.
So since I haven’t’ been taking photos, I show you some of Missy’s.

Oh, and I'm going to Paris next Saturday. I promise I'll take photos.

I'm sorry

I know it's been over a week since my last post, but I have been busy knitting. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

I finished the socks on circular needes and I must say that these are the 1st socks I knittied that I really like. I'm going to keep these. The yarn worked really well with the patern.

And when you last saw the box of yarn, I told (or is it warn?) you that I was going to knit and felt some bags for Christmas. I've completed three. Not sure who will end up receiving them, but the bags look and felted great.

And... I've been sharing my knitting knowledge at work. My supervisor, "T" used to knit years ago. She never learned to purl, just knit. I'm giving her a refreasher course. She's knitting a hat for your grandson.

I'll try to blog more often, but I'm not sure anyone even cares.
