Tomorrow's moving day

We move into the house tomorrow. Because there's a "waiting" list for DSL, we won't have internet access for at least a week, but could be months. Great! Just what I wanted to hear.

In any case, I'll take photos and update when I can.

New Office

Here's my new office. I have a window and a frig and it's all mine.

Once we get our Household goods delivered (Thursday),

I'll put some of my stuff in the office.

First Day at new job

So, I started work today. The job is very much like I did in England 7 years ago. Of course, things have changed. The staff seems to be nice. I have my own office with a "window" and my own frig. Nice!

This morning the Personnel Assistant that's been helping me said she'd like to learn to knit. BUT this afternoon she accepted a new job at Randolph AFB (AFPC). They want her to report in the end of May and she already had leave scheduled, so I guess she won't be learning to knit. Oh well.

Tomorrow we get the keys to our new house. Hope to have photos later.
